The SCH-506 series is a hydrophilic nano-silica with relatively large particle size, high oil absorption, and low specific surface area.Its particle size, salt content, and oil absorption can be customized to meet customer needs in PE and PVC battery separator applications.

Application Fields
Used as a pore-forming agent in PE and PVC battery separators. The product disperses well in polymers, provides high porosity to increase membrane pore ratio, improves pore distribution, and enhances mechanical performance, conductivity, and service life.
