SC-9277UV is a 100% solid content, one-component UV/moisture dual-curing silicone resin conformal coating with zero VOC emissions. It appears as a light yellow transparent liquid and forms a transparent hard resin coating after curing. It has excellent adhesion to PCB boards and outstanding aging resistance, and features low-energy curing and good compatibility.

Product Applications

The SC-9277UV product is mainly used for three-proof protection on the surface of various PCB boards. Compared with solvent-based room-temperature curing three-proof paints, its main differences lie in breakthroughs in production efficiency, environmental adaptability, and complex scenarios. For example, its rapid pre-curing property within 30-60 seconds has become a rigid demand in consumer electronics (such as TWS earphones and smart wearables); its zero VOC emission characteristic is favored by environmentally sensitive products like medical equipment (ventilator PCBs) and food detectors.
