Product Introduction
SC-9277 is a one-component phenyl silicone resin conformal coating. It appears as a light yellow translucent or transparent liquid, and forms a transparent elastic resin coating after curing. This resin can be diluted with the matching diluent S-2 according to process requirements, making it suitable for various coating processes such as dip coating, brush coating, and spray coating. The undiluted liquid can dry to the touch at room temperature within 15 minutes. After complete curing, it possesses both the flexibility of rubber and the smooth transparency of resin.
Product Applications
The SC-9277 product is mainly used for three-proof protection on the surface of various PCB boards, such as in fields like industrial control power supplies, security communication, automotive electronics, smart home appliances, plant lighting, military and aerospace, etc.
