Application

SCsil 8100 series silicone fluid is a kind of amino terminated polydimethylsiloxane with strong reactive amino groups, so it is widely used for copolymerization modification such as polyurethane, epoxy resin, polyamide, polyimide and other organic resins. SCsil 8100 series silicone fluid can also be used for smooth and soft finishing of fiber, or used in hair conditioner.

 

Packaging and Storage

The product is packed in inner coating iron drum with net weight of 25KG or 200KG per drum.
The product will deteriorate when contacting acid or alkali.
The product is easy to absorb carbon dioxide in the air, or oxidation turn yellow by oxygen in the air, so it is necessary to be tightly sealed at room temperature.
The product is weakly corrosive, and slightly irritating to skin and eyes because of its amino alkaline, therefore, the effective prospective measures are needed during using.
The product is stored in a sealed state at normal temperature, and the validity period is 180 days from the date of production.

 

Safety and Transportation

This product should be sealed and stored at room temperature. Users should carefully read the product information, material safety data sheet (MSDS) and labels before use, and are familiar with the product safety information, operating instructions, environmental impact, and wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
